Our fitness classes are offered throughout the school year. What sets Safari Run apart from other kids’ fitness centers is our approach, which is to have fun while giving guidance to a healthier lifestyle. Our classes teach your child manners, body facts, and nutrition and fitness skills. Each class is specifically designed for a different age group. Every class starts with an active warm up on the fitness track, followed by free play, activities, and discussion on the weekly subject matter. Activities could include running games, jump jacks, speed ladder, hurdles, push-ups, and pull-ups.
