Preschool Playground (Ages 3-4)
Look out! There is no stopping your child at this stage. This class incorporates fitness, play, and social skills. They will run, jump, hop, gallop, skip, balance, race and have a good ole' time. We will nurture your child's energy with physical activity that will allow them to be confident and strong individuals. Listening and direction following are emphasized. Positive reinforcement along with a noncompetitive atmosphere, encourage your child to become the best that they can be. A workbook and lots of fun stickers are included. Min. 5 children and Max. 15 children

Keepin' It Fit (Ages 5-7)
We're keepin' them fit with exercises like running, skipping, hopping, and climbing. These drills will be integrated with play for a total of 55 minutes. Kids will have fun completing the task, then playing and socializing on the play structure with friends. This is a great way for kids to burn off that extra energy, gain nutritional knowledge and perfect their physical fitness skills. A workbook and lots of fun experiments are included. Min. 5 children and Max. 20 children

Keepin' It Fit (Ages 8-10)
This class is about giving your child the tools and knowledge to stay healthy now and for their future. Your child will have fun learning nutrition and how to be fundamentally faster, stronger, and more efficient in their training. This class will focus on cardio training with obstacle course drills through the play structure, motivating and challenging physical activities, and other strengthening skills. A workbook and lots of fun experiments are included. Min. 5 children and Max. 20 children

Game On! (Ages 10- and up)
Kick your child's fitness training into high gear with Safari Run's youth boot camp. This class provides loads of fun while developing gross motor skills in: CARDIO with running drills, speed ladder, hurdle training, and agility training, STRENGTH with using body weight, elastic bands, and free weights and FLEXIBILITY with static stretching, & foam rollers. Also, we educate and provide knowledge about the importance of healthier food choices and study what it takes to have good posture. A workbook and lots of fun experiments are included. Min. 5 children and Max. 15 children

Parent's Workout
Parents, it's your turn! Join us in our ADULT fitness class instructed by Jodi Hamilton. This class offers strength training, balance training, core training and stretching. This class is designed to improve muscle definition while helping to prevent injury. This is a great all around workout! All levels are welcomed. Jodi is the founder of Safari Run. She has a BS from Southern Oregon State University and has certifications from ACSM and NASM, she has been instructing since 1990.
