FAQ for Public Open Play and Private Play

1a. How much does Public Open Play cost?
Admission is $19 per child. There are also punch card discount cards available to purchase. Check the calendar for the times offered Public Play Calendar
1b. How much does Private Play cost?
Admission is $285.00 for a group of 15. This includes children and adults ($19 additional charge per person after the 15. Max capacity 45 in total.)

2a. What does Public Open Play receive?
This is a blocked time that the public can come into the facility and play together in the play area.
No party room or arcade. It is Parent Supervision.
Safari Run will clean and sanitize all commonly touched areas along with cleaning and sanitizing the play structure in between morning and afternoon sessions.
Also, Safari Runs janitorial staff does a deep clean and sanitizes the facility nightly.
2b. What does Private Play receive?
This booking is for one hour and 15 minutes of play in the play area. No party room or arcade.
You have the play structure to yourself; we allow one social group in the building at a time, with one staff member.
Safari Run will clean and sanitize all commonly touched areas. Also, Safari Runs janitorial staff does a deep clean and sanitizes the facility nightly.
3. How do you monitor customers coming in?
We will ask your group to sign a waiver if you haven’t done so already.
We also ask that everyone wash their hands with soap and water before and after play.
4. What should I bring for my playtime?
Socks! It is required in the play area. We do have socks at the front desk you can purchase them if needed. No bare feet allowed.
5. Do I need a waiver to play?
Yes, everyone playing needs to have a current signed waiver.
6. What is the age limit?
Any child is welcome. We recommend age 3-12 so your child can get the most use of our facility.
7. Can I bring food or drinks?
You may bring a small snack/drink as long as it is peanut-free.
Sorry, no meals, cakes, or cupcakes for Play Structure Playtime.
Also, all food and drinks are kept in the lobby area, so that we can help to keep our facility clean.
8. Do you allow peanut butter?
No. We are a peanut-free facility. Due to so many children having a peanut allergy we ask that our guests do not bring in any peanuts or products containing peanuts.
9. Can I bring cupcakes for a birthday celebration?
No. There are no dessert celebrations during Play Structure Playtime.
10. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer seasonal discount cards and a membership program that allows you to save 10% on everything. See our Membership page for more details
11. When do you have Public Open Play and Private Play?

12. When is it the busiest for Public Open Play?
School holidays and rainy days.
13. Can I get a refund if I change my mind about the Private Play date that I have booked?
Sorry, the payment for your spot is non-refundable and non-transferable.
14. How can I pay for my services?
We accept cash. We also accept credit cards. Note that there is an added surcharge fee of 3.0% when using credit cards. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
15. Do you allow service dogs?
At Safari Run, we welcome service dogs trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities, as required by law.
These dogs are essential companions for their handlers, ensuring they can fully participate in our activities.
However, we do not permit emotional support animals or pets in our facility. This policy helps us maintain a safe and focused environment for all our guests,
as our play structures and activities are designed with children’s safety in mind.
