Private play, just for your group.

Admission is $285.00 for a group of 15. This includes children and adults. An additional $21 per person applies after the first 15, up to a maximum of 45 people in total. Check the calendar on your location page for the times offered.

One hour and 15 minutes of play in the play area. No party room or arcade. You have the play structure to yourselves, we only allow one social group in the building at a time, with one staff member. Safari Run cleans and sanitizes all commonly touched areas, and our janitorial staff does a deep clean nightly.

We will ask your group to sign a waiver if you haven't done so already. We also ask that everyone wash their hands with soap and water before and after play.

Socks are required in the play area. We do sell socks at the front desk if you forget. No bare feet allowed.

Yes, everyone playing needs a current signed waiver. Sign it here before you arrive.

We welcome kids from 1 to 13. Ages 3 to 12 get the most out of the play structure, though younger and older siblings are always welcome to come along.

You may bring a small peanut-free snack or drink, or buy one at our snack area. Sorry, no meals, cakes, or cupcakes during private open play time. All food and drinks stay in the lobby so we can keep the play area clean. If you would rather not eat, the parent lounge inside the play area is the comfortable spot to sit and watch.

No. We are a peanut-free facility. Because so many children have peanut allergies, we ask that our guests do not bring in any peanuts or products containing peanuts.

No. There are no dessert celebrations during private open play time. For a full birthday celebration, book a Birthday Party package.

The current schedule is on your location's calendar. Private Play sessions run Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Sorry, the payment for your spot is non-refundable and non-transferable.

We accept cash and credit cards. Note that at San Mateo and Sunnyvale there is a 3% surcharge fee when paying with a credit card at the facility. Plano does not charge the surcharge. Sorry, we do not accept checks.

Yes, we welcome service dogs trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities, as required by law. However, we do not permit emotional support animals or pets in our facility. This policy helps us maintain a safe and focused environment for all our guests, as our play structures and activities are designed with children's safety in mind.
