If your family already loves Open Play, a membership makes it a lot easier to come more often. Every store sets its own line-up, so the passes, the prices and what comes with them all depend on where you play.

A membership is named to one child and is not transferable. It works at the store you buy it from, and nowhere else.

At the front desk, and Plano has two to choose from. The annual membership gives your child 20 Open Play sessions plus discounts on parties and camps. The unlimited passes give unlimited open play for six, twelve, eighteen or thirty six months, with no party or camp discount. Come and talk to us about which suits your family. Buying online is coming soon.
Yes, but only for Open Play and gifts from our store, and as long as a member of the immediate family is present.
Once your membership expires you can still use the leftover Open Play sessions from the original 20. You will not be able to use any other discounts.
No, memberships are non-transferable. If you would like to add another child you can do so for $100, as long as you sign up the same day. You will also receive Open Play sessions for this sibling membership. When putting a child's name on the membership, please think about which child might be more likely to use our other programs so that they can benefit from the discounts.
No, the membership discount can only be used for the child who is named on the membership.
You can use the 20 Open Play sessions for whatever children, family, or friends you bring to our facility, as long as a member of the immediate family is present.
No, you only get a discount for the child that is a member.
You will need to sign up your second child as a first-child member, even though you have a first-child membership already. The two memberships will have two different expiration dates. If you would like the prorated sibling rate, you need to sign up all children at the same time.
Six months is $250, twelve months is $475, eighteen months is $595, and thirty six months is $1,200.
As much public open play as you like for the length of the pass, with nothing to pay per visit. There is no session count to run down.
No. That is the annual membership. The unlimited pass is open play and nothing else.
No, it covers public open play only. Worth knowing that open play does run some weekends, but most weekends are booked with private birthday parties, so check the calendar before you come.
Yes. Each pass covers one named child.
No. The pass is for the child it is named to, and it cannot be lent or shared. The annual membership works differently on this.
No. Anyone who is not on a pass pays the regular $17 admission, unless they have a punch card or another saving of their own.
Yes, at half the price of the pass you buy, as long as you add them the same day. A sibling on the six month pass is $125.
No. The T-shirt comes with the annual membership.
Yes. What you have already paid counts towards the longer pass, so you only pay the difference. Ask at the front desk and we will sort it out.
No. Passes cannot be refunded, paused, or transferred to another child once they are bought.
It simply ends. There is nothing left over to carry forward, because there were never any sessions to count. Come and see us to start a new one.
Yes, as long as you buy them at the same time. Come and talk to us and we will work out what suits your family.
