Birthday Party FAQs

From timing and guests to food, policies, and what to expect. Tap one to expand.

Monkey 1 is 1 hour and 40 minutes. Monkey 2-4 are up to 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Parties include 1 hour in the play structure, 40 minutes in the party room, and up to 50 minutes in the arcade (except Monkey 1). We provide plates, forks, napkins, cake cutter, lighter, table covers, and balloons as decorations.
Yes. Your birthday party is private and exclusive to you and your guests. You won't share the play space or party room with any other party. There may be another party in a separate room, completely separate from yours.
The maximum number of people in your party is 60, including children, infants, and adults. If you exceed 60 people, additional guests will be turned away and you may be subject to a $150 service charge.
The birthday family should arrive 10-15 minutes early. Guests should arrive about 5 minutes early. Abundant parking is available for guests.
Yes, and the games are what we do best. Our team handles setup and cleanup so you get to enjoy the party instead of running it. About 30 minutes into play time we gather everyone for a big organized game, led by a host who does this every weekend: relay races, freeze tag, duck-duck-goose. It is included with your package and it tends to be the part kids are still talking about on the way home. Just let us know if you would rather skip it.
All heated food and drinks must be purchased through us. You may bring a cake and two cold catered or packaged dishes that are unopened - like fruit, veggies, bagels, sandwiches, chips, pretzels, or goldfish. Items processed at home are not allowed (except the birthday cake). If no receipt or identifying tag from the caterer or store, we will not serve it.
Yes. Bring your own goodie bags or purchase through us. Safari Run also provides balloons in the party room as decoration; you may bring your own balloons and paper products.
A party planner will contact you the Sunday before your party for food and drink details. Your order is due by Thursday.
Yes. Socks are required at all times. No bare feet allowed.
Yes, children attending a birthday party can be dropped off as long as a party waiver is completed.
Packages include up to 20 children. Additional children can attend for an extra fee (price depends on the package). Maximum children per party is 30. Maximum total people is 60 (children, infants, and adults).
The deposit is non-refundable. Dates and times can be switched free of charge up to 30 days before your party - but only up to two changes per reservation. If you reschedule less than 30 days out, you lose your original deposit and need to put down a new one.
Private entertainers are allowed with manager approval. We suggest the arcade room for shows. Arcade time requires a Monkey 2-4 package.
Yes. We make exceptions for children with food allergies. Special food may be brought in only for those children.
Yes. We are a peanut-free facility. We do not provide products with peanuts and we do not allow peanuts on the premises.
Sorry, we don't accept requests for extra time in certain areas. Once your hour in the play structure is over, another party enters. Same applies to the party room and arcade room.
Yes. Parties can have up to 3 birthday children. The first two are included; a third birthday child is +$50.
Piñatas are not allowed.
Alcohol is not allowed.
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), debit card, and cash. We do not accept checks.
Yes. Gratuities are welcome and divided equally among the staff who helped with your party.
Yes, service dogs trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome as required by law. We do not permit emotional support animals or pets in the facility.
