Open play is unstructured and not staff-supervised. Busy days - rainy days and holidays - can sell out, so plan ahead.

Every child needs a signed waiver on file. Do it once and it covers your whole family.

Open play, in five beats.

A few small things keep the jungle running smoothly so everyone has fun.

Socks on the whole time.

Required in the play area, no shoes and no bare feet. Keep them on until you leave. Socks are available at the front desk if you forget.

Wash hands first.

Everyone washes their hands with soap and water before they play. It keeps the jungle healthy.

Adults on duty.

One adult per family stays inside. Settle into the parent lounge, or get your own steps in - plenty of parents walk or jog the track while their kids play.

Be kind to others.

Take turns, share the slide, cheer on a stranger. The jungle is more fun when everyone gets a chance to play.

Listen to the crew.

Every floor is staffed. If they ask your kid to slow down, they mean it with love.

Admission is $17 per child. Adults are free. Punch card discount cards are also available, see the punch card page. Check the calendar on your location page for the times offered.
Blocked time when the public can come into the facility and play together in the play area. No party room or arcade, and this is parent-supervised play. Safari Run cleans and sanitizes all commonly touched areas, and also cleans and sanitizes the play structure between morning and afternoon sessions. Our janitorial staff does a deep clean nightly.
We will ask your group to sign a waiver if you haven't done so already. We also ask that everyone wash their hands with soap and water before and after play.
Socks are required in the play area. We do sell socks at the front desk if you forget. No bare feet allowed.
Yes, everyone playing needs a current signed waiver. Sign it here before you arrive.
We welcome kids from 1 to 13. Ages 3 to 12 get the most out of the play structure, though younger and older siblings are always welcome to come along.
Outside food is not allowed. You're welcome to enjoy the food and drinks we sell at the front desk. All food and drinks are kept in the lobby area so that we can help keep the facility clean.
No. We are a peanut-free facility. Because so many children have peanut allergies, we ask that our guests do not bring in any peanuts or products containing peanuts.
No. There are no dessert celebrations during Play Structure playtime. For a full birthday celebration, book a Birthday Party package.

The current schedule is on your location's calendar. Public Open Play sessions run throughout the week, check the calendar for exact times.
School holidays and rainy days. Those have been known to sell out, so please plan accordingly.
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard), debit card, and cash. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
Yes, we welcome service dogs trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities, as required by law. However, we do not permit emotional support animals or pets in our facility. This policy helps us maintain a safe and focused environment for all our guests, as our play structures and activities are designed with children's safety in mind.
Yes, you can come and go during open play, but you will need to pay again to return. There is no time limit within a session, so stay as long as you like.
